  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • We ship anywhere in the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days once shipped.

Packaging & Handling

All orders are packaged with the utmost attention to detail. Artisan and delicate pieces are wrapped securely to protect during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist immediately.

In-Store Pickup Policy (not available currently)

We’re delighted to offer complimentary in-store pickup for local customers.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 7 days of notification will be restocked, and store credit issued (excluding perishable or custom items).

Returns/Exchanges

At MÖDE DE VIE, every item is chosen with intention and care. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved curating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review the following return guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and receipt.

  • Exclusions:

    • Custom orders, artwork, sale items, and personal items such as jewelry or fragrances are final sale and not eligible for return.

    • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scents or alterations.

  • Return Method: Please contact us at boutiquemodedevie@gmail.com before sending back your item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.

In-Store Purchases

Returns and exchanges may be made directly at our boutique within 5 days with proof of purchase.

Online Purchases

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your return for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is complete.
